living in natomas means bugs the second the sun goes down. our old sliding screen was so warped it left a half inch gap. r8works swapped the frame entirely with a heavy aluminum one. it slides perfectly now.

honestly so relieved. living in an old midtown house is great until the delta breeze blows every mosquito inside because the sliding door doesn't sit square anymore. the guy used some thick weatherstripping and an aluminum frame and now it's sealed tight! no more bugs biting my ankles lol

old midtown house problems: nothing is plumb. the installer adjusted the rollers so it sits perfectly flush against the jamb anyway.

My german shepherd ripped through THREE standard screens this year. I was losing my mind!! The tech from R8Works came out and put in this heavy duty pet mesh stuff. It is incredibly strong and he rolled the spline in so tight it hasn't budged even when she jumps on it. Totally worth it.
