had a bad experience last year with a guy who just screwed plastic tracks into the acoustic panels and they fell down within weeks. these guys used solid aluminum rails and wire bracing tied to the deck above. they worked surprisingly quiet which was great because we had patients in the next room over. finally done right.

the wire bracing they use for the drop ceiling is intense. you could do pullups on these tracks (though please don't).
