We live on a pretty steep incline in Broadmoor, so getting a level pergola seemed impossible. The installation team knew exactly what they were doing with the caissons. They also warned us about the salt air from the fog rusting cheap metal, which makes sense. The motorized louvers work flawlessly and the frame is rock solid.

we are so happy with the results. our neighbor recommended them and they did not disappoint. the louvered roof is awesome.

if you live in westlake you know the fog destroys everything metal. they used all marine grade stainless hardware. looks amazing and zero signs of rust after 8 months.

They turned our sloped, unusable backyard into a flat, shaded oasis. I was skeptical about how they would anchor it, but they poured massive concrete bases.

Living right by the ocean means constant salt spray. I specifically asked about rust prevention and they walked me through all the coated brackets they use. It's been up since last fall and still looks brand new.
