Window AC & Portable AC Installation in San Mateo

Super chill guy, knew exactly what he was doing.

Great experience in San Mateo Park. Installed a bracket into our thick stucco wall. It feels incredibly secure now. Much better than balancing it on the sill.

I cannot say enough good things! It was 95 degrees, my old AC died, and I was panicking. They managed to squeeze me into their schedule. The tech (I didn't catch his name) was wearing shoe covers, put down a drop cloth, and took away the heavy old unit for me. The new installation is perfectly leveled so the condensation drains properly outside instead of down my wall. 10/10.

No BS, just good service.

Highly recommended.

We recently moved into a condo near Hayward Park and didn't realize how hot it gets in September. Our windows slide sideways, so a normal window AC was out of the question. The installer recommended a portable unit and custom-cut a thick clear acrylic panel for the sliding door so the exhaust hose fits perfectly without letting bugs in. It looks totally flush and professional. Best contractor experience I've had.

Great experience in Bay Meadows. The guy even helped me connect the smart plug to my WiFi so I can turn it on from work. Great attention to detail.

Way easier than doing it myself lol.

I needed a heavy 14000 BTU unit put into my bedroom window before the weekend. The tech handled it easily.

Honestly I was skeptical about paying for an installation when I could just stick it in the window myself. But living in San Mateo Park on the first floor, security was a big issue for me. R8Works came out and installed these heavy-duty security locks along with the bracket. Now the window is locked tight against the AC, and no one can push it in. Peace of mind is priceless.

Very professional.

Highly recommended. Took care of my North Central apartment perfectly.

Super clean work.

Great experience in North Central. My HOA is super strict about AC units hanging out the window, so they helped me set up a portable unit with a custom plexiglass exhaust.

Fast, didn't leave a mess, works great.

We have an old house with fragile wood frames. I was terrified of damage, but they used special weather stripping and were so careful.
